Grant, Kim and family, moved from South Africa to Australia in January 2008 to take up employment with the United Church of God. He was ordained an elder in 2007 prior to relocating to Australia and now pastors the Western Australia and Singapore congregations. Grant is currently serving as chairman of the UCG-A Board. He is supported by his wife Kim and son Jonathan. Grant and Kim's two other sons, Lawrence and Graham, are now married and living in Brisbane.
